Anger Management-Woodrich Consultation Center

My Anger Management method, practiced only by me, cures anger forever. If you feel that you are being verbally or physically abused by another it would be crazy to be angry and every form of anger is like this. The person who is the verbal or physical abuser never knows the wrongness of it or sees it like you, so he/she is crazy and can't be blamed so you shouldn't get angry at them (if you did you would be as stupid as you think the abuser is. Instead, you lovingly educate the abuser which can disarm his/her violence because if you show anger/violence, the abuse just increases). Most arguments causing a couple to be incompatible can be just this.

For example, Jane is mad at Paul because he never cleans up. Jane should realize that Paul doesn't see a messed up house as a "pig sty" but as a natural way to live. So Jane should not get mad at Paul. She should just show him how she feels and maybe he will clean if she does something else. Men and women give each other their human differences instead of husband and wife expecting each other to be like them-people can be very different. Most arguments, when one looks at them in reality, do not make sense because one or both parties are not seeing a person as a sane person.

All this when hearing precise verbatim arguments can bring couples together in a much faster way than the endless babel of generalities like the wife saying we have great communication problems. These generalities can go on for hours but lack the real content of what is causing marriage not to work. I can bring a couple 100% closer to each other in just one session. Other therapists may take a longer time to bring a couple together.
